Seven active cases of COVID-19 in Marion County

The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Marion County since the pandemic began now stands at 50, according to a report from the County Monday morning.

Of those who had the disease, 43 have recovered. There are seven active cases.

In Iowa, there have been 13 more deaths attributed to the virus in the last three days for a total of 651. There are 14,376 Iowans who have recovered from the virus. As of June 14, there were 203 Iowans hospitalized with the virus – compared to 255 on June 12. In the past three days, Over 16,000 Iowans have been tested for COVID-19.
