The Pella High girls’ tennis program is losing 13 players to graduation in 2020 – including a lot of strong varsity experience.

Four-year participants on JV include Courtney Chaplin and Kathleen Parrish. They are joined by Sadie Beal, Cameron Johnson, Kaylyn King, Allison Paulius, Cassidy Reed, Emily Rozendaal, Elaine Schippers and Isabel Treimer.

The other four-year participant, Makenzie Van Maanen, graduates with an overall record of 5-6 in singles and 9-4 in doubles. She placed second at the Little Hawkeye Conference Tournament in flight two doubles.

Lisa Dykstra finished 8-4 last season in singles and 9-4 in doubles. She, too, placed second at the Little Hawkeye Conference Tournament in flight two doubles.

Zoe Card was a standout for the Lady Dutch last season, with a 13-6 singles record and a 7-2 doubles record. Card placed second in LHC Tournament Flight 2 Singles and fourth place in Regional Tournament Singles in 2019.
