Eating and Cooking Tips to Keep Your Heart Strong

February (American Heart Month) is traditionally the month for showing your love and all things heart related. It is also the perfect time to talk about living a heart-healthy lifestyle, so the Pella Public Library invites you to attend the program: Eating and Cooking Tips to Keep Your Heart Strong, on Monday February 10 at 6:30 p.m.

Cathy Pollock RD LD- Education Dietitian at Pella Regional Health Center will answer questions like: What does eating heart healthy look like?; How can you make simple changes to your eating habits? and, Are there ways to make your current recipes healthier? All of this and more about heart health will be discussed, and samples will be shared.
