Panthers head for Van Meter

The 1-0 Knoxville High School varsity girls’ basketball team is set to take on Van Meter on the road Tuesday night, Dec. 3.

The Panthers are coming off a 60-37 home win over PCM on Nov. 26. In that game, Katie Keitges had 29 points and Maggie Wilkins 20 for the bulk of Knoxville’s score. Those two also combined for 11 of the Panthers’ 12 steals on the night.

The girls tip off at 7:30 p.m. Meanwhile, at home in Knoxville, the boys will take on PCM at 7:45 p.m.
