The Pella City Council took no action following a closed session in which they discussed a possible real estate transaction on Thursday, Aug. 29.

Also on the agenda was the transfer of an unspecified amount of money from the City’s electric utility to the general fund. Councilor Tony Bokhoven told the Tribune, “Due to discussion in closed session, that item was pulled from the agenda so there was no action.”

The council will meet again Tuesday, Sept. 3, at 7 p.m., inside the Public Safety Complex. The agenda can be found here.
